About me

My name is Eli and I'm an RRCA certified running coach and certified strength and conditioning specialist. I specialize in marathon coaching, but love guiding runners through every distance and experience level.

 

The main thing you need to know about me:

I am not a cool coach.

And in a way, that is my super power. 

 

My approach to coaching is so deeply founded in care and involvement that 'warm and invested' captures it more accurately - whether that means shouting your cues from the sidelines of your first (or 20th!) marathon, hunting the best carb-loading dinner at your destination race, crying with pride and joy about that PR you've been dreaming of or geeking out with you over your first big running watch purchase or World Marathon Major.

Based out of my suitcase for most of the year, I spend equal parts tending to my European roots and working on projects in the US. The majority of my coaching is virtual, but this mobility allows me to meet and run with my clients from all over the world - from New York City, to Warsaw, to Singapore and Sydney.

 

My background spans management consulting, finance, and tech, combined with years of coaching runners one-to-one. That particular mix helps me translate the demands and challenges of ambitious runners - whether they're founders, creatives or people balancing many lives in one - into a vision and plan that delivers, sparks joys and gives you that I really did that  feeling.
